Quantity Surveyor

TII is the Sponsoring Agency responsible for light rail and as such is tasked with the procurement, delivery and operation of light rail services and also the design, procurement, management and construction of new light rail projects. The Project Services Department is responsible for developing and owning the plans, core processes, control systems and business intelligence that enable TII to manage its multi-million portfolio of road and public transport projects and infrastructural assets in an efficient and value-adding manner. The primary role of this department is to standardise and integrate the activities of commercial management, risk analysis, quality and time management (scheduling) in the effective planning, delivery and ongoing monitoring of TII projects.
