Chief Financial Officer - MetroLink

Background We are looking for a leader (which will report into the CEO Designate and will have direct reports of functional heads) who has clear experience supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects/programmes. The MetroLink Chief Financial Officer is responsible for establishing and leading the financial strategy, governance, and performance of MetroLink, ensuring robust financial control while enabling long-term, capital-intensive infrastructure delivery, through oversight responsibility of the key enabling functions of finance including EPMO, Governance & Legal, Human Resources and ICT. The role holder has responsibility for the promotion and delivery of good financial management so that public money is always safeguarded and is used appropriately, economically, efficiently and effectively. The role provides strategic leadership across other key support areas detailed above, supporting executive decision-making and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and funding requirements.
