The purpose of this role is to guide and support the insurance operation for a leading Financial Services Company.
The successful candidate will bring detailed technical knowledge and a proven ability to deliver high quality practical compliance solutions to regulatory challenges for their growing Life, Insurance and Reinsurance product lines.
Significant (4 to 7 years) Financial Services experience, either in industry , an advisory or business consulting capacity essential. Previous experience advising in relation to compliance matters for general insurance, life or reinsurance operations essential.
This role will suit a compliance professional who enjoys taking a strategic view, it will suit a Manager or someone with significant compliance experience keen to make the next step in their career.
It is essential at interview you are able to display strong interpersonal , presentation and influencing skills coupled with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will get the opportunity to lead the compliance function and have extensive interaction with local management.
