Inside Sales Executive Education – French Language Markets
(Permanent Position)

Overview
Inside Sales Account Executives (Education) are a key element of the company’s success in Education. They are responsible for enhancing the customer relationship and increasing sales revenue, in coordination with the Field Sales and Country teams and for promoting Apple’s Education programmes. While selling is the priority of this position, this role demands a very high level of customer relationship management.

• High degree of skill selling to all levels of organisations in a consultative manner. Ability to work to strategic goals within accounts but at the same time manage the detail.
• Ability to understand and explain business benefits of product features and develop sales in education accounts
• Thrives in a target driven environment and has ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress/fast-paced work environment
• Possesses superior communication skills along with excellent time management, prioritization and organization abilities.
• Works effectively with colleagues throughout the organization, utilizing a team approach to accomplishing goals. A positive and energetic team player.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed against all agreed sales targets. Take full ownership and responsibility for customers always aiming to grow scope and value of accounts
• Identify and accurately forecast business opportunities including value and close date
• Work with internal teams to implement Apple's key messaging and product sales strategies.
• Provide ongoing reporting on key account activities, maintaining regular communication with External/Field Sales, Account Manager(s) and Country Manager(s) among others.
• Maintaining regular contact with key influencers, with goal of strengthening the customer relationship
• Plan and execute effective campaigns and sales activity to proactively grow account base and increase revenue
• Coordinate customer activity with External/Field Sales, Account Manager(s) and Country Manager(s). Maintain regular contact with key influencers and decision makers. Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Effective sales pipeline and forecast management

Experience & Education
• Native-level fluency in business level French required, and excellent written and spoken English.
• A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2–3 years experience in a quota driven environment meeting daily, weekly, monthly revenue goals. Prior Account Management experience in an Insides Sales environment is a distinct advantage
• 3rd Level qualification, though relevant work experience may suffice
