Title: ELECTRONIC PRODUCT TRANSFER MANAGER
This is a contract role of up to 6 MONTHS DURATION .
This is an EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY to join a FAST GROWING MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING COMPANY who will have excellent opportunities in the near future.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and co-ordinating the activities required TO TRANSFER PRODUCTION of RF sensor technology (e.g. interface with manufacturer, component sourcing, supply chain management etc.).
• LIAISING WITH INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING LOCATIONS during development and product infancy to maximise production yields.
• SELECTION OF RAW MATERIALS , components and suppliers based on product performance specifications, reliability and regulatory requirements.
• Managing and co-ordinating the activities required to develop ATE systems and IN-CIRCUIT TEST REQUIRED FOR TESTING SENSOR ON PRODUCTION LINE.
• ASSISTANCE IN DESIGN OF RF SENSOR with design-for-production rules in mind (e.g., design of test points, PCB and component tolerance etc.).
• DRIVE AND IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS to ensure predictable processes across all product lines (e.g. Risk Reduction, Yield improvements, Customer complaint reduction, Error proofing, Cost Reduction initiatives, Process Automation activities).
• IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATORY AND APPROVALS EFFORTS FOR RF ELECTRONICS .
• ASSIST WITH THE FINALISATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS
• IMPLEMENT COMPANY POLICIES on procurement
• MANAGE POST-TRANSFER SUPPLY CHAIN
