An AR Supervisor with experience of supervising team of up to 15 AR agents is required for Cork based client


Main duties

  • Responsible for co-ordination and management of AR activities
  • Ensure excellent service in line with agreed SLA's
  • Develop, and implement credit control policies and procedures, and training schedules
  • Regularly assess performance, giving feedback and assessing training needs
  • Train staff to deliver a high standard of service


Experience

  • Must have 4 years experience
  • At least 2 years of this at a supervisory/team lead level
  • A relevant qualification in business/finance/credit management
  • Excellent communication skills both oral & written
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
