CPL is currently receiving applications for the position of Purchasing Systems Analyst to work in the Shannon region.

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for the following:
• Responsible for User Set Ups and ensuring appropriate training and approvals are in place prior to system access being granted
• Responsible for maintaining the hierarchies within Oracle Purchasing including "Gatekeeper" set ups and coordination and improvement of all system maintenance requirements in a timely manner
• Improving the Global Purchase to Pay process in conjunction with the US Purchase to Pay Project Team
• Participate and contribute in all purchasing related global systems projects ensuring European business requirements are understood and addressed.
• Manage relationships with all internal and external parties regarding the Purchase to Pay Process and systems.
• Liaise with all parties involved in our Purchase to Pay process to resolve Supplier and User issues
• Manage change and ongoing maintenance with the systems owners
• Responsible for reporting on compliance with the Purchase to Pay Process through the monthly Good Bad PO Report and Offenders Call with SLT.

Qualifications:
• BA in Business Finance or related field
• Proven track record in Oracle Purchasing including Core Apps experience essential
• Purchase to Pay Functional Experience
• Basic understanding of financial statements
• Strong analytical skills

• Procurement / Sourcing experience
• Oracle Purchasing Systems Administration experience
• 170 Markview experience
• Perform cost benefit analysis (or feasibility analysis)
• Self starter
• Ability to interact with diverse User groups across several geographies
