Key 2 Recruitment have been retained by an expanding multinational based in Co Clare to recruit an Accounts Analyst,
Reports To: Finance Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
Assist Monthly Management Accounts reporting, prepare monthly KPI's and VAT/GST reporting.
Main Responsibilities :
- Assist preparation of Monthly Management Accounts within strict reporting deadlines
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and other analysis as required. Identify and develop new analysis requirements
- Ensure accurate posting of transactions and correction if necessary
- Administration of Customer Agreements, ensuring accurate recording of company liabilities
- Ensure that Corporate Policies are followed in all the above areas
- VAT/GST reporting for Ireland, Netherlands and Canada
- Various ad hoc duties, holiday cover etc.
Experience / QualsRecently qualified / Finalist Accountant
- 2 + years experience in Accounts Analyst or similar role within a multi-national environment
- Recently qualified / Finalist Accountant
- GL experience
- Multicurrency experience advantageous
- Experience of working in a challenging environment with changing procedures and re-engineering processes
- Knowledge of ERP System and MS Office
