Roles/Responsibilities
Reporting to the Expenditure Manager, the Expenditure Specialist will support the Expenditure Management team working specifically on process improvements (e.g. Bank flex Project, invoice approval for manually released holds) projects for the Expenditure function.
Strong background in Purchase to Payment environment
Project management experience. The candidate should have experience in design and management of significant projects.
A Six Sigma qualification would be advantageous.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience in a Multinational Shared Services environment. Audit/Compliance experiences an advantage.
An Oracle background is advantageous
Strong analytical skills
Strong administration capability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong Excel skills
Education / Professional Qualifications:
Third level qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting Discipline
** This is a maternity contract for a period of 9 months
