Retail Sales Consultant – Meteor Mobile Store Grafton Street.

Retail Sales Consultants (RSC’s) are front line sales & customer service roles with responsibility to provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective customer. Sales Consultants have individual sales targets to achieve and you will be rewarded with excellent rates of commission, 65 % of your basic salary upon achievement of target.
RSC’s are required to achieve consistent levels of sales, customer service and administrative goals and we are looking for suitable candidates with the following experience.
A) Sales experience including working to targets individual or group.
B) Previous customer facing or tele-worked customer service.
C) Retail experience is preferred but not essential
D) Flexibility toward working hours, available weekends and late night shopping.
E) Experience using a computer or CRM system for work.
F) Friendly, helpful personality.
Full Time is contracted as 40 hours per week and you will receive a basic salary, commission and a benefits package to include a phone with €127 per month credit, VHI and Pension Plan.
Training: All successful candidates must complete 1 weeks training, full time.
The start date for training for this role is 4th October and you must be free Monday to Friday of this week to complete the training (training is paid at the hourly rate).
