Millmount Healthcare has become firmly established as a valuable partner to some of the biggest blue chip pharmaceutical companies in Ireland and throughout the Euro zone. Due to their continued growth they are now ready to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join the existing engineering team.
Criteria:
· Reporting to the Engineering Manager working very closely with all other members of the Technical Department, the successful candidate will have:
· Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry on high speed blister and tablet filling and packaging lines will be an advantage.
· Fault finding problems on the packaging lines
· Workshop practices - welding, burning, grinding drilling etc.
· Pumps and motors - seal changes, general repairs and coupling alignment
· Electrical work - trouble shooting and basic fault finding knowledge.
· Instrumentation understanding of P.L.C. and trouble shooting.
· Documentation - all maintenance carried out to be recorded accurately and to be filed neatly Standard Operating procedures to be kept up to date.
· Carrying out and documenting preventative maintenance checks on packaging equipment , energies and utility equipment.
· Documenting all changes made to Production equipment and utilities.
· Responding to unplanned and emergency maintenance
· Assisting in maintaining adequate store of spare parts
· Assisting in project work
· Assisting in control and supervision of contractors on site.
· Maintaining and upgrading safety equipment and mechanisms.
