Business Process Expert required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client in Kildare. The Business Process Expert will work as part of commercial implementation team. The successful candidate will play an active role in the design of the process solution, specifically translating business requirements into functional specifications, as part of the business systems roll-out, working to optimize and deploy the solution.

THE ROLE:
*Understand business processes within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance.
*Development of Project Charters and Project Implementation
*Work directly with new and existing customer to develop new business systems
*Define and develop all process deliverables:
*Perform integration testing and lead UAT testing.
*Define, resolve and escalate issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Applicants should have a commercial background including good technical skills within the FMCG sector, preferably within multinational organisations with an emphasis on:
*In-depth experience in designing business processes and implementation of business tools.
*Familiarity and understanding of how business operates and optimisation systems.
*Working across teams to influence and drive the approach, with strong communications skills to support knowledge transfer into country teams.
*A degree in Accounting or business with a interest in technical (hardware or software)
*Track record of system implementation
