The Client
My client is a leading provider of high tech security solutions to commercial and residential properties. They are based in the mid-lands but their office is commutable from Dublin. They also have offices in the USA and the UK markets so they are certainly a progressive company.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will be a results driven marketing professional that has proven international experience in marketing a 'solution sales' type product. The organisation is a performance driven organisation so any prospective individual should be the same. The role will be based in the mid-lands but some travel would be required to their key markets. This is a key role within the organisation and the overall remit for the role will be to devise and implement strategic marketing plans across the organisation whilst presenting a consistent brand image across all markets.
Role and Responsibilities
· Build the company brand across all markets promoting the organisation as the security solution of choice for business and high end residential.
· Map the sales and marketing plan for all markets delivering the necessary support to the communications specialists and the business development managers.
· Conduct market research and develop thought leadership pieces about the rapidly evolving online video space and the future of media.
· Corporate and Product Marketing: manage the product releases across all markets making sure it is done in a unified manner.
· The candidate needs to be commercially minded therefore all marketing activity must be tracked back to bottom line results for the organisation as whole.
· Work with corporate communications partners on press releases, targeted media outreach and specific PR communication pieces that will generate leads.
· Try to generate as many PR opportunities as possible through speaking and exhibiting opportunities, trade shows and seminars.
· A strong marketing background with 7 years experience would be the minimum requirement for this role.
· The candidate must have strong analytical capabilities with experience making data driven decisions and someone with a creative flair.
· The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial or come from an entrepreneurial background with the ability to execute the greater vision, independently and with team collaboration.
· This is a very senior role and only candidates with a solid CV and relevant experience will be considered.
