The Client
The company is a leading business to business manufacturer that has been long established in the Irish marketplace. The client has experienced growth over the past number of years as it is one of the leading Irish suppliers to the Irish and European markets. As a result of this growth the business development department has the need for a senior marketing executive.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent business to business marketing experience most notably in the food and drinks sector. The perfect candidate will have already completed a corporate communications programme with a similar company. The executive will be responsible for the identification, development and execution of B2B strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
· The candidate will have at least five years experience B2B marketing and communications experience within the food/drinks sector.
· A degree is essential with a second language being a distinct advantage.
· Experience in an export led multi-national would be a distinct advantage having previously had access to corporate communications strategies.
· The candidate must be able to execute strategic marketing communications as part of an overall programme to enhance the customer value proposition.
· Review, develop and co-ordinate the delivery and relevant corporate tools to reach each individual target audience.
· Organise participation in trade shows, assist in the development of presentations, be a pro-active web marketer and pro-actively develop marketing tools to promote category products.
· Conduct SWOT analysis on all competitors to take advantage of any perceived weaknesses in the marketplace.
