At Noel Recruitment we are recruiting for an excellent oppertunity for Restaurant Manager to join Fantastic team Responsibilities will include:
- Developing Restaurant as a centre of excellent in theis 4* Hotel
- Leading and developing the staff team 25+ in their people skills and professional competencies
- Shaping the hospitality experience for all guests Corporate & Leisure
- Developing good relationships with regular customers
- Planning menus with chefs
- Delivering a top quality good value food and beverage experience for all customers
- Ensuring all health, safety and HACCP regulations are strictly observed;
- Monitoring and meeting budget targets
- Keeping financial and administrative records
- Management of all purchasing relationships with suppliers
- Stock control
- Participation in development of marketing strategies and organizing of special events The ideal candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic about the Restaurant
- Be passionate about food and beverage and about people
- Hold a recognised third level qualification in a relevant field
- Have experience of managing a restaurant in a fine dining/ 4* Hotel setting
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a demonstrated passion for developing staff to their full potential
- Have excellent time management skills
