You will be responsible fore:
Delivery of Sales targets
Creation of strategy to maximise sales and revenues
Development and management of team members
Coaching and mentoring
Some travel offsite
Liasing with other teams and units
Requirements:
At least 5 years strong sales experience
4 years plus in a call centre management role - Sales
Remote management experience ideal but not essential
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Consumer market awareness
Experience of sales reporting
Ability to work with Excel pivot tables
Strong customer focus
Salary:
€40,000 - €45,000 DOE
