Counter Intelligence Agent - Retail Store - Full & Part-Time
The overall purpose of this role is to help customers make the most of technology through simple, impartial advice, technical and accurate recommendations on service/repair issues, and support. By doing this for every customer, the Geek Squad will improve service levels and continue to build the reputation of the company.
Previous experience in dealing within retail, basic wi fi network setup and logical problem solving experience is essential along with a City & Guilds 224 and PC Knowledge and skills.
This store is based in North Dublin and the role can be full or part time.
