Customer Service / Order Management Executive(French/ German)
Key 2 Recruitment have been retained by an expanding company based in Ennis Co Clare to recruit a Customer Service/ Order Management Executive,
Job Responsibilities :
-Customer Service – Respond to all internal and external phone calls, faxes, emails, and letters from dealers, reps, distributors and consumers. Process all internal and external orders. Provide Payment on delivery, proforma invoices and tracking info when requested. Proactively provide backlog updates to customers. Process RMA’s.
-Assist other departments in providing all product information to consumers, dealers and reps.
-Report Generation: weekly / monthly sales reports
-Calculation of rebates and commissions
-Liaising with warehouse to prioritise shipments.
set up and maintain customer master files
-Set up and maintain price files
-Warranty Claims – Process warranty claims for consumers and dealers.
Qualifications:
Fluency in French or German is advantageous but not essential
Ability to proactively and creatively solve problems.
Strong understanding of Order fulfillment & Customer service.
Ability to speak and write fluent English
Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a hectic and demanding environment.
