The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, site management, and repair and maintenance activities for all clients for this rapidly expanding business based out of the Middle East.
Key duties will include:
· To manage P&L to agreed targets
· Manage business activities including estimating, productions of bid and project plans and design and implementation
· Management of key staff in the organisation and responsibility for permanence reviews as required
· Maintain SOP's for site management and develop training plans as required
· To ensure that site management operations manuals are up to date and operations are carried out accordingly
The successful candidate will have
· Proven track record in facilities management in multi site locations including repair and maintenance in challenging environments
· Strong technical knowledge ideally holding a primary degree in Engineering or Equivalent ideally with a masters or equivalent degree in a business or management discipline
· Strong organisation and project management skills
· The ability to lead and direct large teams of people in multi site locations
· Have at least 10 years experience in managing technical services in multi site locations
· Previous experience in a senior management role
· Previous financial management experience.
