As a Customer Replenishment Manager in Global Replenishment group you will build and drive the close collaboration process with assigned customer accounts based on understanding their demand trends and forecast processes, analyzing available POS data, promo plans, inventory targets and managing customer scorecards, with the end target of delivering the right products in the right time. Specific tasks will include several areas of Supply Chain Management: Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment and Reporting & analysis
ExperiencePROFILE • Bachelor degree or higher. • Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service or/and Supply Chain areas like Replenishment, Customer Service, Forecasting. • Advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge in ERP systems/Oracle. • Qualifications in Apics CPIM is desirable. The successful candidate must possess: • Excellent customer service skills, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Analytical skills with strategic mindset, capacity to develop solutions to complex problems. • Possesses good overall supply chain knowledge. • Understanding of market dynamic and ability to develop business recommendations based on market activity. • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast and dynamic environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills, team player - the ability to influence and gain consensus across the organization and customer boundaries is critical. • Flexibility to travel.
