Job Title: Medical Equipment/ Technical Service Engineer

Location: Cork.

Contract type: Permanent.

Remuneration: €30,000 - €40,000.

An expanding Healthcare company based in Cork requires an experienced Medical Equipment Service Engineer to join them for an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and supporting medical equipment both locally and abroad; support production equipment and processes; handling all necessary repairs, electronic, mechanical and minor electrical within the company premises.
  • Carrying out regular preventive maintenance on the equipment and also give practical advice on production machine design and Medical product range design.
  • Assist company PC users with any technical problems encountered such as email problems, hardware and software problems and maintaining “clean” computers.


Req

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics or relevant discipline
  • 3-5 yrs Medical Device service experience.
  • Experience with laboratory software would be an advantage.
  • Good Communication and Organisation skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail and flexible to work in Ireland and abroad.
