Our Client, a Luxury Branded, Global, Jewellery Retailer are looking to recruit for an experienced Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for all of Ireland. This Global Retailer is hugely renowned and respected all over the world and has grown from strength to strength over the last 30 years. They offer an eclectic mix of women’s hand-finished and modern jewellery made from genuine materials. This Company has ambitious plans to roll out multiple stand-alone Stores all over Ireland within the next year. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a talented, focused and ambitious Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager!

The ideal candidate will have a 4+ years in fashion visual merchandising and preferably will have multi-site experience of this, alternatively we will consider a Senior In-store Visual Merchandiser who has experience of leading a team of junior visual merchandisers within a fast-paced environment.

Successful Candidate

  • Must have substantial experience of working within a senior visual merchandising role, showing excellent decision-making skills - commercially and creatively.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage promotional activities effectively from initial discussions to implementation whilst being adaptable with a pro-active approach to business requirements.
    • Must have previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser within a Fashion or Cosmetics Retailer
    • Will be a creative, ambitious and focused individual looking to further your senior visual merchandising career.
    • Must be able to motivate management & sales teams to maintain visual excellence, you will have had previous experience of this.
    • Have proven visual merchandising skills combined with excellent organization and communication skills.
    • Have strong commercial awareness, sound analytical skills developed in a merchandising environment.
    • Have effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Be flexible in your approach and you must be prepared to travel if the business needs.
    • Possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills to effectively influence at all levels.
    • Proven expertise in multi-layer communication within the field is a vital requirement and good working knowledge of MS-Office is essential.
    • Must have a full, clean driving licence.
