As Finance Intern you will be responsible for supporting out finance team with accounts and purchasing duties. We are seeking a recent graduate who would like to progress their career and experience in a dynamic and ambitious company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

· Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.

· Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.

· Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.

· Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.

· Communication with site leads to assist with their purchasing requirements

· Meet month end close- out target dates with respect to the Management Accounts

Skills & Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Business or FinanceGood communication skills

· Keen interest in finance as a career

· Strong PC Skills, Ms Office etc

· Ability to work to deadlines and work with confidential data
