Lotus Technical Services is a leading solutions provider offering a complete range of automation and technical services specifically designed to enhance productivity and efficiency, and to maximise the value of our customer's core business. As Finance Intern you will be responsible for supporting out finance team with accounts and purchasing duties. We are seeking a recent graduate who would like to progress their career and experience in a dynamic and ambitious company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
· Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
· Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
· Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
· Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.
· Communication with site leads to assist with their purchasing requirements
· Meet month end close- out target dates with respect to the Management Accounts
Skills & Requirements:
· Degree / Diploma in Business or FinanceGood communication skills
· Keen interest in finance as a career
· Strong PC Skills, Ms Office etc
· Ability to work to deadlines and work with confidential data
