PharmEng requires a Quality Specialist on an hourly rate contract basis for one of our client sites based in Cork. The position will be for 11 months initially.

  • Review & approval of GMP Procedures (& associated documents) for the site.
  • Execution of QA batch release activities for components and finished product including documentation reviews, package compilation, issuance of certificates etc
  • Preparation, Review & approval of key quality system deliverables including Change control/ CN Reviews, Trackwise, NOEs, DNs, ITRs, CAPAs, Nucleus etc
  • Complete Stability program activities by participation in such activities as sample preparation, data management etc.
  • Participation in inspections of Site by CQAC / Regulatory Bodies / third parties.
  • Ensure supply of high quality product through the implementation and oversight of the Quality Management System for the IPT/COE., ensuring e tasks are preformed as per procedure, by assigned target dates, issues are escalated and resolved and work Performed in an organised and structured manner.
  • Champion the highest Quality and Compliance standards for the IPT/COE
Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree or 3rd level qualification (Science, Quality).
  • Desirable evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
  • Preference for Lean Six Sigma Yellow BeltProcess and Quality background.
  • Demonstrated ability to fully realize improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of providing independent Quality expertise to Manufacturing functions.
  • Demonstrated successes in a team environment, such as project teams, Six Sigma team, PITs etc.
  • Advanced PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
