Element Six the world’s leading supplier of high quality synthetic diamond and related ultra hard materials, with production, sales and/or research facilities in all continents requires the services of a:
Customer Service Agent Italian with Spanish (preferable): Fixed Term Contract
In this role you will provide front-line support to regional sales staff and valued customers with reference to multi-disciplined processes such as but not limited to:
- sales order processing,
- system set-up and maintenance,
- consignment stock management,
- quality certification,
- return of materials,
- supply chain and logistic queries.
While 1st level resolution of customer issues is aspired to, the successful candidate is responsible for:
- query management through all stages of call logging,
- escalation and closure in collaboration with staff in production, supply chain, distribution, finance and sales departments.
As a member of this customer focused team you have an opportunity to learn from subject matter experts.
Language capability, Italian and Spanish in particular, is a key requirement of the job. While comprehensive training will be provided, experience in the following is desirable: knowledge of one or more of core processes listed,
- Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM package,
- JD Edwards or equivalent ERP package,
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM would be beneficial.

- ability to engage and work effectively with people at all levels within and external to the Company and capability to handle pressure when situations require.
