PharmEng Ltd are currently sourcing for the following opportunity. This is a nine month contract role with an immediate start.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Accurate, timely, and complete financial forecasts,reports, and submissions for Codman and Mitek EMEA & ASPAC inventory.

2) Create Value for EMEA &ASPAC by analyzing strategies to improve efficiencies and deliver
2011 Inventory and related financial targets.

3) Provide financial support for the Company Plan function EMEA to meet their budgets and
CIPs.

4) Create Value for Company Plan by assisting in standardizing our S&OP process and
reducing E&O and carrying cost.

5) Support Source organization with respect to dept spend and CIP activity for Swiss Campus

Experience Required:

• University degree.

• Two years of accounting, audit or finance experience.

• Demonstrated record of coaching and training.

• Demonstrated record of influencing business partners
with fact-based data.

• Demonstrated record of developing and implementing a
simple project plan.

• Demonstrated record of visualizing and addressing the
root causes of opportunities and issues of a complex situation.

• Demonstrated
successful communications skills (presentations, listening, written skills) and
making the complex simple.

• Demonstrated
record of ethical behavior.

• Demonstrated record of understanding and applying
analytical and technical skills.

Preferred:

• Finance certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) or
advanced degree.

• Healthcare industry experience.

• Supervisor experience.

POTENTIAL ACCELERATOR OPPORTUNITIES:

• Lead a project that resulted in a change in process or
business outcome.

• Simplifying complex or controversial information and
successfully present it to management.

• Lead change in organizational health across the finance department.

• Build networks that include peers and senior management
across the organization.

• Negotiate contracts with a third party.

• Creating forums, benchmarking analyses, and processes
that result in information sharing and standardization.

• Volunteer to fill in for a manager level vacancy.
