We are currently recruiting for a temporary Process Development Chemist for our Multi-National client based in the south of the country

In brief the role involves but is not limited to the following:

  • Work on lab based projects that have been identified to deliver cost savings in 2012
  • Work as part of the Cost Improvement Project team within Technical Services
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver maximum cost improvements for the relevant projects
  • Ensure technical support for Production activities to implement the process improvements on plant
Knowledge and Experience:-

The ideal candidate should:

¨ Hold a BSc or PhD degree or equivalent in a relevant chemistry discipline (ideally organic chemistry) with relevant industrial experience

¨ Have experience in laboratory based skills such as synthetic organic chemistry and use of analytical techniques.

¨ Be able to work on own initiative

¨ Be self motivated & an ability to deliver results in a team environment

¨ Have demonstrated problem solving abilities.

¨ Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

¨ Develop and drive partnership relationships with key internal and external customers
