Senior Marketing Manager- €70-80K

My client is a leading player in the Irish retail landscape and is currently recruiting a strong, enthusiastic, energetic, innovative Marketeer to join their business.

The Position: Senior Marketing Manager

  1. Commercial and brand strategy implementation
  2. Consistently driving the brand message through PR and media related campaigns to enhance positive exposure
  3. Responsible for all ATL and BTL activity
  4. Managing the budget and marketing spend- ensuring cost-effectiveness
  5. Analysing shopper behaviour and consumer insight data
  6. Working on online, social media and loyalty initiatives
  7. Leading, developing and mentoring the marketing team
The Profile: Senior Marketing Manager

  1. You will have 5-7+ years previous experience in a similiar role
  2. Your background will be FMCG and/or retailing
  3. You will have a 3rd level qualification in marketing or related discipline
  4. You will have a proven track record in developing campaigns, managing budgets and media relations
  5. Capable of working effectively on your own initiative
  6. You will have excellent communication, relationship building, leadership and presentation skills
