Matrix Recruitment is working closely with a Irish based Manufacturing Company in the recruitment of an Administration Support person, on a fixed term contract of 2 months.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the Administration functions of a department within the company company.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience of ‘Document Control Systems’ or Share Point is a must.
- Strong IT skills
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administration & documentation of information onto company system.
- General office filing, report writing and data entry on daily basis.
- Deal with queries in a timely & efficient manner.
- Work in compliance with industry regulations and procedures.
- Participate in various projects as directed by General Management.
