Key 2 Recruitment have been retained by a leading technology organization based in Limerick currently has an opening for a Instructional Designer
The company operates a flexi time working day which may allow candidates commute from longer distance commutes.
The right candidate will act as creative instructional designer/content editor with responsibility for developing text-based training materials into engaging and interactive solutions.
The role:
Participate in day-to-day templating and ID activities on projects
Collaborate to develop learning solutions for a global audience of investigators, site coordinators, and clinical research associates
Liaise with Planning Group to ensure scripts are technically accurate
Review scripts to ensure they are editorially accurate and consistent with templates
Prepare audio script
Storyboard with Graphic Designer (GD)
Perform on-screen review (OSR) of material developed by GD and provide edits and suggestions
Work to constantly enhance the product and apply new ideas (e.g., interactions, graphics, animations, instructional methods) to ongoing projects
The candidate:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects
Must have experience in phases of instructional design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation)
writing skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
The ability to improve editorial content, quality, and audience retention
Proactive team player with excellent organisational skills
