Customer Service Desk Agent - Dutch/Flemish - Galway The European Software centre focuses on three main areas: Software Research and Development, Software Business, and Sales and Marketing Support.
The Customer Services Desk Agent will reside in this Operations Center, which provides multi-lingual customer service and administration support for all Europe, Middle East & African Customers. Approximately 60 people are employed in the Operations Center.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to other HP Business Units who wish to purchase software to provide services to their end customers. The successful candidate will also be required to provide back-up support for SLMS customers in other countries.
Responsibilities :
· Resolve queries from Sales Offices and other HP Business Units (pricing, licensing, order, fulfilment, invoicing). Logging of all queries in query database to ensure 100% traceability of queries.
· Processing of orders received from both Sales Offices and other HP Business Units
· Manage daily activity workload to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment to customers and SLMS business sponsors are consistently achieved.
· Assist with Registration, Purchasing and Pricing activity within the team.
Requirements: Competencies, Experience & Education
· 3rd level qualification desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
· Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (spoken and written)
· Excellent analytical & PC skills (Win/Win NT, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Customer Services experience.
