The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and managing the entire quality assurance programme for the site from raw materials in process to finished product, to ensure compliance with food safety, legal and customer requirements
Qualified to degree level in Food Related Discipline.
5 year’s experience in the food industry in a management capacity.
Thorough knowledge of BRC version 6, HACCP and EN ISO 9001 :2008 and auditing.
Ideally knowledge of Tesco standard.
