Program Manager/ Director
This role's main responsibility will be for the Dublin office operations, which is a new operation for this very successful German company.
The role will involve helping to establish the new office, ensuring that the company obeys the Irish law (Companies Act), prepare and maintain the associated company documents, and all other administrative duties coming up. Furthermore, the Director acts as a point of communication between the onsite team and the MD, reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments. The ideal candidate will be in a position to take over the running of the company once established so it is an excellent opportunity for someone driven and ambitious to go to the next level in their career.
This role will involve administration, operational management and program management.
The main requirements for this position are as follows:
• Professional experience of min. 3 years, mid-management level
• Project management experience required
• Industry experienced, especially on the Irish games market or in the localization area required
• Thorough understanding of the laws that affect their areas of work required
• Candidate should have a clear understanding of employment law, change management, employee engagement and continuous learning and development.
• Very good command of MS office, general IT understanding required
• Healthy balance of interpersonal, drive, ambition and commercial skills are essential to enjoy success in the role
