Role Summary:
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
This includes:
Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Education and Experience:
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• E-learning experience and SDLC beneficial
• 5 years + direct work experience in project management capacity
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Ability to lead and coach others
• Analytical with strong business acumen
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent ability to work cross functionally within an organisation
• Ability to positively challenge
• Proven experience in strategic planning & risk management
• Proven experience in change management
• Proficient in project management software
