Area Manager / Ladies Fashion

Our client one of Europe’s leading High Street Fashion Retailers is currently seeking to recruit an Retail Manager/commercial manager to join their expanding compnay.

Known for their excellent portfolio of both ladies and mens brands in over 100 retail stores across Ireland. Currently this particular brand operates out of 8 branches with a view to opening new branches and you will be part of this growht. Identifying location, selecting product and ensuring the best results across the brand .

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a large multinational Fashion Group where energy, ambition, passionate for both fashion and retail and to have a dirve and commitment to succeed is essential

The Role of Area Manager

  • To drive operational standards throughout the area
  • To develop business opportunities and brand promotion.
  • To coach, develop and support the continuous improvement of Branch Managers and their teams.
  • To Liaise with Buyers, head office designers and managers and ensuring the brand is represented correctly and profitability
  • Monitors Visual Merchandising and Model Store Standards to achieve consistency and promote a strong brand image
  • Ensures Area consistently delivers excellent customer service to maximise sales opportunities in line with the company brand
  • Ensures Area audit results are in line with acceptable limits, take action where results are unacceptable
  • Developing and communicating new ideas to drive the business and area forward
  • Use and analyses data to make business decisions
  • Liaise with Buyers, Designers and Space Merchandisers with regards to product selection for Area
  • Analyse sales across the area in terms of linear footage, site mapping and stock holding


Dublin Based office with the flexibility to travel nationwide and abroad essential

Salary package €45-60k
