Ladies Buyer /Area Manager

Our client a Stylish Refined Fashion Brand is currently seeking to recruit a Buyer/Retail Area Manager to manage their retail business acorss Ireland

The role requires Ladies Purchasing/Buying experience and Senior Retail Management experience ideally Multisite ... currently operating out of 5 branches soon to become 7 and a planned expansion

Responsibilities

Buyer responsibilities

  • To analyse all sales and commercial reports with regards to best sellers, departments, trends and collections
  • To ensure all stores standards reflect the company’s Brand Image
  • Developing Product Range
  • Maintaining Delivery schedules /deadlines
  • Delivery of sales, profit and margin targets for each department in line with retail store plan
  • Develop new strategy to drive and sales and brand image
  • Buying collections for all stores taking into account locations, markets, target audience and competitor trends
  • Liaising with head office abroad and taking regular monthly trips to plan and organise seasons


Area Manager responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth and profitability of the business
  • To ensure the key operational processes for delivery, replenishment and stock management
  • To ensure excellent product knowledge training is available for all managers to train and develop their teams and therefore ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • To achieve store contribution targets by maximising sales and minimising costs
  • To Drive the expansion of the business


Basic Salary € 40-60k

Excellent incentive package based on stores performance

Dublin based office
