Senior German Customer Service Specialist required for Co. Galway based company.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of overall order process.
  • Coordination of all activities with Regional Sales Managers from proposal to project management and operations.
  • Planning and forecasting deliveries.
  • Coordination and monitoring of all relevant processes during the production cycle.
  • KPI reporting.
  • Work closely with the Quality team to solve and investigate all complaints from the customers.
  • Visit customers for one to one service and develop feedback on procedures which will benefit of the customer.
Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience within a production environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Oracle and other database applications
  • Degree in quality, engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and international technical standards.
  • European languages German or Spanish would be a strong advantage.
  • Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required.
