Our client is Ireland’s leading convenience retail group with bright, accessible stores in over 450 locations throughout the country. They provide convenient shopping solutions, have all the items needed and are good value for money. They are now seeking a Commercial Baker to join their Rochestown branch.

As a Commercial Baker, you will be working within the deli section of one of our client’s stores, baking bread, scones and cakes from scratch.
Acting as a qualified Baker, you will not only prepare a range of baked produce but also contribute towards the extension of the entire product range. You will use your initiative to develop new product lines, ensuring that they are cost-effective as well as delicious.
To be considered for this exceptional role, you must have experience gained within a similar baking role creating breads and cakes in a commercial environment.
As a Commercial Baker, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team environment is key.
A relevant HACCP qualification or knowledge of HACCP guidelines would be beneficial to your application. A relevant baking qualification would also be an advantage.
