My client,a dynamic growing multinational company based in Limerick have an urgent requirement for an Italian speaking customer representative.

The successful candidate will join our busy Customer Service Department.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
  • Manage day to day customer orders
  • Regular communication both verbal and written to customers on status of their orders
  • Provide customers with status reports as and when required
  • To reduce stock holding of finished good
  • Customer Queries
  • Stock contro
  • Any other reasonable request


Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 years Customer Service experience.
  • Good verbal and written presentation/communication skills
  • Ability to plan and co-ordinate priorities within a team environment
  • Fluent in Italian
  • IT literate in use of Microsoft Office
  • ERP Knowledge
  • Business and commercial awareness
