A leading online business is planning to recruit a SEO Manager to join their marketing operations team to develop their online profile through SEO in conjunction with their PPC spend, Display and Affiliate Networks

Role

· Plan, develop and implement Link Building strategies for group sites
· Integrate the Link Building process with the other SEO activities
· Develop innovative ethical link building initiatives.
· Manage a team of Content Writers to help increase the relevancy and quantity of content on group websites.
· Producing detailed SEO reports on a monthly
· Producing ideas for new SEO initiatives with an estimation of the likely impact to enable prioritisation of the work.

Person

· 2+ years in a dedicated Search Engine Marketing role.
· Marketing qualification or related field desired.
· Excellent knowledge of the search engine industry, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
· Understanding of web analytics.
· The ability to create reports; understands return on investment
· Highly numerate with good attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills and team player
