Key Responsibilities
Manage the on line Marketing budget
Formulate, plan, execute and evaluate the online Marketing and Communications strategy.
Manage, motivate and lead the digital marketing team of 4.
Manage and develop all 3rd party agencies
Manage all the online Direct Marketing activities
Analyse metrics and draw conclusions and devise marketing programs to address trends & behaviors
Manage the company’s social media strategy
To input in the overall direction of the business, to see the bigger picture and drive plans based on this.
The successful candidate must have:
Marketing qualification with strong, commercial on line consumer marketing background
Experience of working in Financial Services would be desirable.
6 to 8 years in a Marketing role of which 3 years must be managing a team
Attractive salary of up to €60K + other benefits offered
