Job Title : Sales & Marketing Manager
Company : 4 Star Hotel Dublin North
Contract Duration : 9 months from beg March. 5 day week.
Will involve some travel
Salary : € 60K per annum
Key Responsibilities :
Manage & motivate all staff within the department to reach and exceed, if possible, quarterly sales targets;
Develop strategies to source, attract and win new Clients across all segments of the business,
Nurture, develop and retain the Company’s existing Clients.
Provide consistent, excellent customer service;
On a daily basis, monitor web-site activity with a view to improving results should the need arise;
Monitor all third party web-site activity;
Follow-up on all contracts to ensure terms agreed are being followed.
Essential Requirements :
Must have previous experience in a similar role in a Hotel environment;
A strong customer service and business networking orientation;
High commercial acumen;
Flexibility, imagination and the ability to innovate;
Good information technology and report writing skills;
Web site manipulation, design & management from a marketing perspective;
People management experience;
Positive and enthusiastic in approach to work;
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
Work calmly under pressure.
