- Develop, implement, co-ordinate and communicate the business strategy to deliver profitability and growth
- Identify & develop market opportunities for the business
- Ensure marketing strategy meets the market trends for short, medium and long term projects
- Market /consumer research data.
- Ensure the business strategy is in line with customers needs
- Identify new opportunities for product range in key emerging sectors.
- Work with sales and R&D teams to develop strong business propositions based around product range, product application capability, technology and research
- Deliver key market insights from target sectors to the business team.
- Conduct competitive / market research for existing and new markets
- Develop effective and measurable PR / promotion campaigns
- Project manage key international trade fair participation
- Manage and co-ordinate all trade media enquiries.
- Ensure a strong on-line presence through website and digital marketing activities
- Manage relationships with all creative agencies
- Manage, develop and evolve all existing marketing and product collateral
- Support commercial and R&D teams with information and analysis for key customer presentations
- Input into IT requirements to support strategy, business development and market analysis.
Requirements:
- 5 years commercial Experience within the B2B Markets is essential
- International Business development experience is essential
- Experience working in the Health and Nutrition area is desirable
- Foreign language would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel
