Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract based in Dublin. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Senior Technical Support Analyst will join our client’s IT Services team who provide support to a large user base. The Senior Technical Support Analyst will have:

5+ Years Technical Support experience

Strong LAN/WAN experience

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
