We are currently recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager for a very busy high profile Dublin Hotel. Successful candidate will have 4-5 years 4* Hotel HR Management experience, will have managed in a similar very busy environment ideally in a high end Leisure Hotel with substantial Rooms, Events and Food and Beverage Business. This lovely property, enjoys a great location and is constantly busy. As a senior Manager you will be involved in all management decisions, your role is to manage all Human Resources and Personnel function to the highest standards taking responsibility for Financial Management, succession planning, meeting all legislative requirements, training and development etc, etc.
