Richard Lynch Consulting is one of Ireland's leading Specialist recruiters working in partnership with high profile Hotels Nationwide. We are now recruiting for the position of Conference and Events Sales Manager for a leading 4* Hotel in Dublin for an Irish owned Hotel Company, the role is based at the Hotel and successful applicant will spend time travelling within the region.

Successful applicant will have 3-4 years senior Sales or Business Development management expertise - ideally with leading Hotel Group or Management Company - in a high profile Company, with extensive Conference, Leisure and Corporate facilities enjoying strong business revenues and a healthy Sales mix.

Irish & specifically local experience required. You will work closely the Hotel Revenue Manager and Sales and Marketing Director in managing and implementing the Sales Plan and Strategy and a key focus of your role will be developing the Conference, banquet and Events markets. Some Financial, yield and Rate Management experience is required. Proven experience in increasing Sales and maintaining an excellent Client network are required.

A competitive salary and performance related package awaits.
