Job Title: Customer Support Team Manager (European Market) - Meath
The Company: Our client is based in County Meath/Louth in the manufacturing industry.
The Role: Our client is currently looking for a Team Manager who is used to working in a fast paced, multi-lingual sales and customer support environment. You will be responsible for managing a multi-lingual administration team and ensuring a professional and efficient response to all tasks and duties.
Responsibilities: Monitor office activity on a day to day basis and continuously develop systems to improve team performance and efficiencies;
Training and coaching of staff to develop a fully customer focused and professional team;
Manpower planning to ensure current and future requirements are fulfilled;
Liaise with relevant departments throughout the Group to assist in the smooth day to day running of the organisation;
Establish and maintain efficient office administration procedures;
Monitoring the sales and order processing system on a daily/weekly basis;
Development and management of an efficient quotation system;
Create and maintain a positive work environment;
Interaction with clients/staff across a number of European markets;
Responsible for the overall quality of service provided to internal and external clients;
Flexibility to travel within the Group if required.
Requirements: Qualified to degree level in a Business related discipline;
Fluency in a second European language such as German, Dutch or French is desirable not a must;
Previous experience in a similar multilingual environment is essential;
Excellent organisational and communication skills together with the ability to motivate a team to work to targets and deadlines;
An understanding of transport and logistics, particularly to continental Europe;
Highly motivated with a proven ability to work on own initiative;
Experience working with a fully integrated computer system;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar.
Salary and Benefits: Negotiable. Depending on the right person.
