Bailey seafoods Ltd, T/A Aqua restaurant, 1 west pier, Howth, Dublin 13. is looking for Head chef to join our team oversee the day to day running of both kitchens and be able to manage lead motivate and develop the team. Responsibilities will include menu planning, managing margins stock, control purchasing, health & safety, food hygiene and to ensure that the company adheres to and complies with all food standards and statuary obligations.minimum 5 years experience, salary 50k p/a, 39 hours p/w.
