Financial Controller

* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

* Manage cost accounting and inventory reporting.
* Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and processes.
* Oversee annual audit and statutory compliance requirements.
* Drive ERP and business intelligence system improvements.
* Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to support business performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
* 5+ years' Financial Controller experience within manufacturing.
* Strong commercial and operational awareness.
* Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
