The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, streamline production processes, uphold rigorous quality standards aligned with global benchmarks, manage international logistics, and drive profitability within a global export framework. This position demands a hands-on leader with a robust background in process manufacturing, a keen understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and a proven track record in international market operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role 
* Demonstrated experience in managing global export operations.
